Sweet Corn Smoothie
(2 portions)
Ingredients:
200 gr sweet corn, cut from
cob
100 ml plain yogurt
200 ml water
2 tbsp brown sugar
Direction:
Boil sweet corn for 5 minutes.
Put aside
Process all ingredients in a blender until
smooth
