Ingredients:
1 whole mango
Fresh orange juice from
1 whole
orange
60 ml plain yogurt
500 ml soy milk
3 tbsp honey
4 pcs marie biscuits
Direction:
Cut mango in small pieces
Crush marie biscuit (not too
soft) into sprinkle
Process mango and marie
biscuit in a blender until it form rough sprinkles
Add yogurt and honey, and stir
Pour orange juice and soy milk
Continue to blend it until
smooth. |
