Oseng-Oseng Tempeh
Oseng-oseng tempeh is very
easy to cook, and has been the most popular dish of tempeh in Indonesia. This
recipe uses tempeh as main ingredients, accompanied by few vegetables. The result ?
Protein-rich and delicious dish. Cook and serve this healthy food for your
family today!
Oseng-Oseng Tempeh
|
Ingredients :
2 cloves garlic, mashed
onion, mashed
300 g tempeh, cut into squares, fried until yellowish
˝ piece tomato, cut into small pieces
200 g red pepper
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp oil (to cook)
salt
Directions :
Cook the onion and garlic in hot oil
until fragrant
Stir in red pepper and tomato, cook until soft
Add tempeh, and keep stirring.
Add sweet soy sauce and salt as your preference
Stir until tempeh are soy sauce covered
Serve warm with white rice
