Ingredient:
3 carrot
3 tbsp low fat yogurt
1 apple
2 cucumber, cut in pieces
200 ml apple juice
2 cashew nut
˝ tsp salt
Direction:
Process all ingredients in a
blender, and blend until smooth. |
